Nadezhda asked me to post some more information in this regard we were
talking with them, even if I tought it was somewhat obvious - Thanks
:)

First of all, if we were to decide for the barcode reader, we _still_
have to provide a person that goes to each of the tables, scans the
barcodes and OK's each person's meal. The restaurant people will _not_
use a barcode scanner, period. Entry to the place will not be limited,
as they will be serving other Oaxtepec guests. I think this would make
things more difficult instead of easier... I suggest completely
dropping and forgetting the barcode idea.

Second, regarding the amount of servings we will pay: If we ask for n
portions, the _least_ we will pay is n. If less than n people show up,
we still pay for them all, as the restaurant has already prepared
enough food for all of us. If _more than_ n people come to eat (and
there is enough to serve us all), we will pay for the extra people.

Greetings,
