These equipment transformed our coffee brewing adventures into a magical compiler process that helps us a lot to make the coffee from source smoothly. Every sip now feels like a gourmet experience, thanks for you fantastic sharing. It makes us quickly run out of Sidamo Ethiopian and Colombian beans. We've added two new varieties to our collection: Guatemalan and another batch from Sidamo, Ethiopia, both housed in pristine white bags. For those who prefer tea, we've obtained two super fine Taiwanese teas from Steven Shiau. The beginner's recipe is simple: steep 4g of rolled tea leaves in 500g of water at 90°C(if you use the red beer cup provided by our cater). Plus, you can re-steep the leaves multiple times with hot water at the same temperature to experienced what is the "super fine" mean. :) Cheers to our caffeinated adventures! -- -Andrew
