I am getting the alerts multiple times a day on my phone in Seoul. My
friend said it says to stay away from natural waterways, drainage points,
rivers, low areas, etc. beware fast moving and fast rising water, etc. I
think it is mainly the areas outside the major cities. I am in Seoul and
saw about an inch of water on the road at most during the biggest downpours
and the water has not had any major impact on me other than carry an
umbrella everywhere.
