Thanks for the help. I've already been able to run the code. Although it
runs with default values, this surely is related with the last lines
written by Luca in his message.

ParameterHandler::read_input: could not open file
<parameters.prm> for reading.
Trying to make file <parameters.prm> with default values for
you.
