Don't.
But if you *must*, use pipe's in the deliver_to field of dbmail_aliases.
dbmail-users -x [EMAIL PROTECTED] \
-t "|/var/lib/mailman/mail/mailman post mylistname"
and repeat that for all the required aliases.
