Forget about my earlier remark. It appears this is a client issue, not a server
issue. I tested with Evolution.

Messages forwarded as attachment using evolution are presented as expected both
in evolution as well as thunderbird.

Messages forwarded as attachment by thunderbird are *not* presented properly, by
neither client.

I'm therefore concluding that tb messes up it's mime-construction here.

I havent dug into details here. No glaring problems, just tiny formatting issues
that at first glance would appear to be still correct mime.... But I'm no mime
expert.
