Alan,

there are well tested scripts like migrate_from_1.x_to_2.0_innodb.mysql in the
2.0 distribution.

Make sure you test them before committing your main data to them though. If
you're an oldtime 1.x user, chances are the migrate script will have to be
tweaked especially when it comes to the dropping of the old indexes.
