dont use svn-trunk for 2.1. It's broken at the moment. I've hit a critical point in removing the old mime-parser. You can regenerate the configure script by running 'autoreconf -f -i' Of course, you need autoconf and automake to do so. Also, you need to add all the new tables (see: sql/mysql/add_*.sql) After doing so, everything should startup just fine, but you will have to run 'dbmail-util -ay' so all the header tables get filled.
