dont use svn-trunk for 2.1. It's broken at the moment. I've hit a critical point
in removing the old mime-parser.

You can regenerate the configure script by running 'autoreconf -f -i'

Of course, you need autoconf and automake to do so.

Also, you need to add all the new tables (see: sql/mysql/add_*.sql)

After doing so, everything should startup just fine, but you will have to run
'dbmail-util -ay' so all the header tables get filled.

If you try out 2.1.2 but decide to move back to 2.0 later, no changes to the
database are required. 2.0 will run just fine on top of a 2.1 database.
