Ah. This is what Ilja fixed already. Please update from cvs.
I tested 2.0.0 this evening. list "" "%" returns the root folders only.

Evolution retrieves the root folders with:
COMMAND: [7 LSUB "" "*"]
dbmail then only returns the root level folders.
now dbmail returns all folders.
