Hello: This is my 2nd try on dbmail. My setup:
mail.tibinternet.net (is mail server): RH9, mysql-4.0.20, openSSL(TLS), Cyrus-SASL, Postfix-2.1.4 & dbMail-2.0rc8. openSSL & Cyrus-SASL are mrely installed and no setup is done. I installed the dbMail-2.0rc8 by following the documentation which is included in the tarbal. I created on account "kbajwa" on mail server "mail.tibinternet.net". From a Win XP (MS Outlook) I sent a test message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] & cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a non-existing address & I copied it to see if it bounces. I got the following response: Transcript of session follows. Out: 220 mail.tibinternet.net ESMTP Postfix In: HELO ns2.tibonline.net Out: 250 mail.tibinternet.net In: MAIL FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Out: 250 Ok In: RCPT TO:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Out: 451 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: Temporary lookup failure In: QUIT Out: 221 Bye What is this error and how to fix it? Thanks in advance. Kirti PS: Previously, in my first try, I had set up the same except dbmail-1.2.9. It worked. I could & receive email messages.
