My locals contains:
localhost
mydomain.tld

- rcpthost is for domains you accept email for whether local delivery or as
an mail backup for another host.
- locals is for domains you deliver locally.

Domain should be listed in both.

qmail should deliver the email to the local user and read the users .qmail
file and at that point should call dbmail-smtp.
