I have a question about
/var/qmail/control/virtualdomains.
I have done what is instructed in the dbmail install guides I've seen.
One of which said....
"Have you followed the qmail install info? If you've placed the
'domain:user' reference within /var/qmail/control/virtualdomains qmail
should forward all email from that domain to the specified user.
also don't forget to tell qmail to accept email from that
domain /var/qmail/control/rcpthosts"
I have done both of these but it's not working? I get the usual message from
qmail that there is no user by that name.
It all works for users that on the system and have their own .qmail files.
Also one more question I can't seem to get answered.
Why should the "locals" file for qmail be empty?
If I empty it nothing works. If I put my domain in it qmail & dbmail
work??
