[Dbmail] from mbox to dbmail hierarchy

Heya,

I'm trying to transfer a friends email from his original pop3 system 
over to my dbmail-imap. I've grabbed all of his emails (from 
mozilla-mail for windows btw) as a huge hierarchy of mboxes in directories.

But what is the best way of moving from his hierarchy of mboxes into 
hierarchy for IMAP folders without going through manually and adding 
each folder to a new IMAP folder in turn?
