Hello,

  A fix for 1.2.x is in order, but for 2.x, having already ditched the
custom build.sh, wouldn't it make sense to ditch install-dbmail.sh too,
and just have a little smarter makefile?  Use buildtools/install-sh
to put things in place, etc.
