  I believe there are a number of ways to get the job done,
with varying degrees of "rightness".  We don't use the virtual
map at all for our "normal" setup, we just have a transport
map entry pointing the domain to the dbmail: transport.  We
don't have our domain in $mydestination or the virtual map.

  dbmail itsself only makes a single mailbox, INBOX, as that is
required by rfc's (and for the most part, you have to give *some*
name to your default folder).  If the others were created on the
server, it would have been done by your mail client.
