I believe there are a number of ways to get the job done, with varying degrees of "rightness". We don't use the virtual map at all for our "normal" setup, we just have a transport map entry pointing the domain to the dbmail: transport. We don't have our domain in $mydestination or the virtual map. > 2. There seem to be a lot of overlap with > Sent Items and Drafts folder. What are mail and all > its subfolders used for? Is it a compatibility issue > with OE6 and IMAP? dbmail itsself only makes a single mailbox, INBOX, as that is required by rfc's (and for the most part, you have to give *some* name to your default folder). If the others were created on the server, it would have been done by your mail client. Jn -- Jesse Norell [EMAIL PROTECTED] is not my email address; change "administrator" to my first name. --
