I could create a third alias record:

alias                  deliver_to
-------------------------------------
3423                  3423


postfix will deliver the message to dbmail-smtp as 3423,
dbmail-smtp will lookup the alias of 3423 and deliver it to 3423.


I think this will work.
I'll try it out and let the list know.
