Just a heads up, if you are interested in some code that has been created for a dbmail admin interface it can be found on the sourceforge website at http://sourceforge.net/projects/dbmailadmin. We wrote the coldfusion admin interface which is mostly complete and has a ton of functionality. The PHP interface is not maintained any more, we could allow you access to this project to do with what you wanted if you are interested. Let me know.
