Ackk your email client doesn't quote at all.  Sorry for the top post.

If you have any skills in ColdFusion we created a admin interface in 
coldfusion for DBMail.  I have to tell you though, it is really rough.  So 
you better be skilled in ColdFusion.

This is the sourceforge page for a very undeveloped PHP admin tool, and our
