Roel,

There are a few files new files that need to be added to cvs with
this patch, and a few that can be removed. The ones to add:

acconfig.h
acinclude.m4
config.in
dbmail.h

  To remove:

config.h
settings.h
buildtools/Makefile.am
buildtools/aclocal.m4
buildtools/confdefs.h
buildtools/config.cache
buildtools/config.log
buildtools/configure
buildtools/configure.in

Thanks,
Jesse
