I have about 50GB of user's mail to transfer, so using scripts based on
formail and dbmail-smtp is too slow to be practical. Also this does not
set the seen and answered flags correctly. All mail appears as unread.
I found the previously posted code from Mark Mackay (mbox2dbmail-fast.c)
which inserts mail by direct database operations and it works a lot
faster. I have made some improvements to it, which I will shortly post
to this list.
