well, yes,,...hm...
but...
we, at least, use amanagement tool for dbmail (self-cooked), that cannot
modify the file system directly, but is bound to do database changes. this
option is kinda sestroyed with your solution...

just thinking (my c is too bad to actually implement this):
table spamfilters (id, program)
like
1;/path/spamc -u 
2; /path/whatever
4; /path/prog3

and make dbmail-smtp get the data from $MTA
look up a table (e.g. alias, edded a field spamfilter
get the spamfilter-value
and run the scripts like
value1: spamc
2:whatever
3: spamc, then whatever
etc.
and THEN do the delivery

i think this would be more in the spirit of dbmail as a database-driven
and -controlled system, wouldn't it?

any comments on this?
