I have Lua 5.4.3 installed.
I'm using the Fedora rpmbuild spec file provided by Germano Massullo, but just 
lately
with a local modification, -DDONT_USE_INTERNAL_LUA=ON as a test.
When the issue first arose that cmake switch was -DDONT_USE_INTERNAL_LUA=OFF.
The story that I related, below, was with a build with the switch set to ON.
