Hi Pascal

Thanks for all the advice. I finished translating the missing strings and tried 
my first pull request. I hope I didn’t make any mistakes on Github.

It’s probably nog necessary to mail pull requests but I’d appreciate some 
feedback. Did I do this the right way? Any hints or tips for the next update? 
Is the translation ‘complete’ enough to add Dutch to the next release?
