I'm running darktable on Linux Kubuntu on a 13" MacbookPro9,2 and I
encounter a problem that I did not have yet with other applications.
Darktable won't fit into the screen estate so either side is outside and
only accessable with moving the app as a whole to the opposite side and
moving it back. Working like this is not really the yellow of the egg.
Is there a way to adjust this issue or could it be addressed in a future update?

just tried and by reducing the side panels in width I managed to get
darktable to as small as 1237px width.
To work with comfortably something like FHD would be fine ...
