I'd actually re-phrase that (but I'm not a native speaker): for me, the 'have' at the beginning of the sentence is too far from the 'alternatives that solve them'. *The* following modules are deprecated *as* they have *flawed internal design* that cannot be *fixed*; they have [alternatives|replacements] / [alternatives|replacements] are available / [alternatives|replacements] exist without such flaws. *These modules* will be *[disabled|hidden|unavailable]* for new edits in *the* next release.
