After the latest change in git master darktable can't open the database
anymore.
The pipe ordering rework merge was fine but the latest change leads to
the following error:
[init] can't create folder index on film_rolls
[init] index film_rolls_folder_index already exists
[init] database `library.db' couldn't be upgraded from version 22 to 23.
aborting
ERROR : cannot open database
