Well, for a start, this.... "You can resize the height of attached view or dictionary view by while selected ctrl key and rotate the mouse wheel." is appalling English! The words 'by' and 'while' have absolutely no right being next to each other. It should read something like "You can resize the height of attached view or dictionary view by holding down the Ctrl key and rotating the mouse wheel." Just my thoughts. As for the rest of the terminology on the Microsoft page, I have no issue. But even that page does not specify a use-case for Ctrl+click. But I think we've had this discussion already, didn't we? That there should be no spaces (i.e. Ctrl + click would be incorrect), and that the modifier key (Ctrl) SHOULD be capitalized. For example, the following spellings can be found in the manual: Ctrl+click, Ctrl+clicking, right click, right-click and click right Ctrl+wheel, Ctrl+scroll The first step is to agree the writing style in the team. Based on the Microsoft recommendations ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/style-guide/a-z-word-list-term-collections/term-collections/mouse-mouse-interaction-terms ) the following example sentence can be changed: Original from user manual: You can resize the height of attached view or dictionary view using Ctrl+wheel. Example for a possible change: You can resize the height of attached view or dictionary view by while selected ctrl key and rotate the mouse wheel. Feel free to discuss this topic and make many suggestions! PS: I'm to a native speaker!
