Language seems not to be the problem, this is what I did: Changed user language settings to English: Failed Reinstalled with English as user language: Failed
Changed the language for non-unicode programs, it forced a reboot: failed Reinstalled with the new settings: Failed Rebooted just to check: failed I did not try numbers because i use US notation. The only strange problem with my system is that is having problems installing some system patches, more precisely Windows 10 Version 1803, (KB4467702). Blandyna does your system has this problem also? Are you using a different language from English?
