If you mean "cringe" then spell that. If you mean both, then spell out both, the two words mean totally different things and do not lend themselves to contraction. Do not succumb to the "whinge" faux-neologism, it represents nothing more than functional illiteracy exemplified.
My other pet peeve is "shite" ("i" as in "kite") for "shit" or "shitty." The Internet may not produce the works of Shakespeare, but it certainly is illustrating the million monkeys.
