CDR-admin stuff

I've been seeing some duplicate messages from some of the CDRs.

I suspect that the massive increase in traffic has caused
one or more CDRs to overflow their procmail msgid cache.
I have been using formail -D 12800 msgid.cache
(cache size = 1280).    Should we raise that?
