so it was cool to find the rx tx pins were already wired to use the board with usb
and i thought i’d try using the tigard i got as a bus tool to program it but i couldn’t seem to bitbang the tigard and i spent w long time trying to diagnose why, i printed the tigard schema— using altium on ios, and figured out how to use microprobes a smidge, and bantered with perplexity a lot at one point i discovered the board was covered in mysterious fluid and soaked it in alcohol to clean it. scary, fluid teleportations, minimal explanstion of this, best i’ve come up with is i coughed or sneezed in a fugue state and then observed it after the board was moved so i didn’t see stuff around it late into the night i finally realized i was using a low impedance multimeter which was grounding every pin i measured :/ intense. but on the upside now i know all about the input output buffer layout of the tigard and i have experience usong microprobes i have a little experience using libftdi now too strange, libftdi looks completely unfamiliar but i think my name is in the git history :s
