I found the 3 missing speedpak ebay packages held at the post office. They are labeled SpeedX out of NY rather than SpeedPak (China?). The postal workers were irritated and said they were unable to find contact information for SpeedX and that only a postal worker should place mail in a mail box, not a private business. They charged me $7.35 for each package, and asked me to sort it out with SpeedX.
eBay asserted to me I was paying the proper tariffs for my orders, however usps may like;y suspicious otherwise at this time in my area. (sounds likely to be a new independent carrier unfamiliar with federal mail rules, I am laboriously finding the packages on ebay and closing my reports of nondelivery and commenting on my reorders with messages regarding these things)
