the support worker today in the videocall did not turn their video on. they said my video would be on, and theirs would be off. it was a normal zoom call. things like this weren't comforting for ideas imagining phishing or mitm attacks. but i'm sure it will move forward normally given time and proper engagement. i had received email my funds would be sent to the state in which i opened the account as abandoned property because they were no longer licensed to operate there. but in the videocall they expected me to give a residence address in a different state. this was also confusing.
