I thought it was obvious that the term "ballooning" was a joke :s it's
a prototype for an aerostat to store supplies for people with DID. We
thought the mysterious extraterrestrials were rewarding us for
pursuing spaceflight. But we may need a more clear document explaining
how the helium supports spaceflight. It's kind of convoluted, and
mostly relates to DID.
