sorted out placement obviously they meant rw2 was wondering if they were a torturer after their strange experience i think the strange experience was missing something when created and could have gone different way could be wrong, maybe near wormhole/timeline unsure not remembering perceptions of torturer experience well … ok remembering a smidge i think the torturer was handling their own situation, rather than being tortured by rw2, but this isn’t meant to hide rw2’s own harms. i think story just wanted to make it more ambiguous or speed writing not explaining torturers protecting rw2 maybe don’t remember well, maybe mistake might interpret without commentary, with sizes holding analogous information, vagueness, and mistake spaces …
