Nothing out of the ordinary jumped out at me. I'm not going to bother, since it's not part of the cygwin distro. But I would be interested in seeing the output of 'cygcheck Q.exe' (or whatever the executable is named). Maybe its linked against an older version of libreadline (and I noticed you don't have the older libreadline4 or libreadline5 installed).
