xemacs is also broken I bet it's the same dynamic linking error.
I recompile the testing xemacs package (xemacs-21.5-b28) frequently
with gcc-4 cygwin-1.7 and it works fine.
And I'm satisfied with how gfortran works if I remove the offending
dynamic libraries.
