Typing psql.exe at the Cygwin Bash prompt results in no output; I just get the shell prompt back, no matter what switch I add, -V, etc. I don't use psql every day so I'm not positive when it stopped working but I'm pretty sure it was fine before my last Cygwin update. However, downgrading to the 8.2.5-1 does not resolve the issue. Is there any sort of logging I can enable that might help me determine what's going on? Or, not going on?
