Larry, could you try changing the sec_all_nih in "need_invisible" to NULL
for both cases?  Does that change anything?

I was wondering about that too when I was looking at this yesterday.  But
when Igor seemed to be making progress and my local builds with the same
changes didn't mirror his results, I assumed I had a local build problem
and didn't do any experimentation.  I guess I can do that now. ;-)

No, that didn't help with getting the service started.

I have to leave for an appointment now and will be gone for a few hours
but I will try more when I come back.  Feel free to forward ideas/requests
in the meantime.
