Welcome back! The first thing to do is re-familiarize yourself with the Cygwin Web page and it's resources. For this type of problem, you'll want to use the "Setup Package Search" page <http://cygwin.com/packages/>. Enter the file you're looking for and it will tell you which packages have a match.
