You can only have *1* DLL built from the Cygwin source resident and
running at any one time. It wasn't clear to me that this is what you

Actually, that isn't entirely true or you wouldn't be able to run the
test suite. Looking at the test suite scripts might be instructive.
Oh, and, in the case of multiple DLLs, in theory, the DLL is supposed to
print an error, not just mysteriously die.

When running the Apr22 snapshot, and trying to start a program with an
Apr27-cvs build, I don't recieve any error message, all programs
terminate with no output.
