Good afternoon! Given that updating to Cygwin 3.6 broke LOTS of scripts and applications here, and therefore seems to be MONTHS away from being usable, it'll be nice to put fac7441835b00d3b9a8252538bcf54c441c3841e on the 3.5-branch and make a Cygwin 3.5.8 release.

That would leave the 3.5-branch with BROKEN sparse file support > Next release will be 3.6.0. Well, lots of stuff does not work on 3.6 yet, so I am not sure whether a 3.5.8 with fac7441835b00d3b9a8252538bcf54c441c3841e might be better Ced -- Cedric Blancher <cedric.blanc...@gmail.com> [https://plus.google.com/u/0/+CedricBlancher/] Institute Pasteur -- Cedric Blancher <cedric.blanc...@gmail.com> [https://plus.google.com/u/0/+CedricBlancher/] Institute Pasteur -- Problem reports: https://cygwin.com/problems.html FAQ: https://cygwin.com/faq/ Documentation: https://cygwin.com/docs.html Unsubscribe info: https://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple
