Thanks for the report. Sorry for very late responce. Supposedly, this problem has been fixed by the patch: https://cygwin.com/pipermail/cygwin-patches/2024q4/012842.html The problem is caused by very complecated mechanism, so it was hard to reproduce the problem. I could not successfully prepare build environment for LibreOffice, therefore, I don't test this patch with building LibreOffice, however, I hope this fixes that.
