Hi, Thank you. I reported several issues related to type-ahead (all of them happened in MSYS, and some of them were not reproducible in cygwin), and they were identified and fixed by @Takashi Yano in cygwin runtime. Some issues are hard to reproduce, and I can't always reproduce them on cygwin, but that doesn't mean the root cause is in MSYS patches.
