Can you provide more detail on changing isatty function to support Cygwin 
PTY's? I need to be able to support the request in our backlog.

Many thanks for the update, one thing I wonder if you consider changing isatty 
function to support Cygwin PTYs, that would fix a lot of headaches we have with 
native windows programs running under Cygwin.
