I've seen this occasionally. I found deleting and re-adding the torrent would correct the issue for me. I've not packaged any newer versions of rtorrent because they are cause a massive CPU spike. I believe it has something to do with the multi-threading implemented in 0.9.x but haven't had a chance to try to debug it. I haven't used rtorrent with the current Cygwin release, so I'll give it a spin this weekend and see if I can recreate your issue. > i wrote to the libtorrent mailinig list too, but that's almost dead.
