The error was in my previous post. But thanks, the -lm was the problem. I left it in since gnucap being an electrical simulator it didn't seem stupid to link with the math library. Is there any reason for -lm to be an alias of -lcygwin ? I looks rather confusing. Anyway, thanks again, it works.
