When using mintty with GNU screen, all status messages (captions) are shown in the title bar instead of the interior of the terminal. I originally found this feature quite nifty, but now that I use an always-on caption for screen, it means that I end up losing visibility of the window title and hardstatus. What needs to be modified in order to make captions show up in the interior of mintty?
