Hello everyone,

I'm using cygwin 1.7.2 on Windows 7, and I am unable to set the icrnl flag for 
/dev/ttyS2 as shown at the bottom of my message. The device attached to ttyS2 
is a ARM development board which uses an ftdi chip for serial communication 
over USB.
(The device is connected with USB, and the driver creates a virtual com port.)

I use driver version 2.06.02 from http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

I show the problem using stty, but I actually encountered it when testing a 
serial communications program I've written for linux originally. When compiled 
under cygwin, it behaves differently. After adding some debug info, it shows 
indeed that the program recieves an ascii 10 (new line) under linux, where 
under cygwin it recieves an ascii 13 (carriage return).
