I have downloaded the latest (2.194.2.26) version of setup.exe, and no matter what I do, it locks up after the screen where I choose an installation option (install from internet, download, etc...). It displays a window that says "This page intentionally left blank", and then just sits there forever, sucking up all my CPU cycles.
